Consent for nude and erotic images. For persons aged 18 and over only. Choose below which purposes the images may be used for (at least one).
Please read the following carefully. By signing you agree to it.
1. Subject and nature
This release concerns the Images from this shoot, which may include nudity, partial nudity, implied nudity, and/or sensual/erotic images.
2. Rights granted
You grant Harry Stuurman (HXRRY) the right to edit, publish, and make public the Images, solely within the usage purposes you tick below. The photographer is not obliged to use the Images.
3. Editing, montage and ownership
Copyright and ownership of the Images rest with the photographer. The Images may be edited, cropped, montaged, or used in composite form. The Images will not be used in a degrading or defamatory context.
4. No review or approval
You have no right to review or approve the use, captions, or final result in advance.
5. Waiver of portrait-right objections (quitclaim)
Within the ticked usage purposes you waive any reliance on your portrait rights. Participation is unpaid; you receive no compensation. This is a contract, not revocable consent.
6. Sale and commercial use
If you tick exhibition, publication, or sale above, the photographer may commercially exploit the Images for that purpose, including sale as a print or in a publication. Otherwise no sale or commercial use takes place without a separate written agreement.
7. Your own use and crediting
After the photographer has published the Images concerned, you may use them for your own portfolio and social media, non-commercially and without editing, with mandatory crediting/tagging of the photographer.
8. Privacy (GDPR)
Given the sensitive nature, the Images are stored confidentially and not shared outside the ticked usage purposes. Your name and contact details are processed only to administer this agreement and retained for 7 years; you have the right of access and rectification.
9. Indemnity and conduct
You indemnify the photographer against claims arising from use within the ticked usage purposes, including editing or montage. The shoot takes place in a safe, professional, and respectful setting.
10. Final provisions
This release is binding on you and your heirs and legal successors. You have read and understood it, are 18 or older, and authorised to sign. Dutch law applies. This release constitutes the entire agreement.
