Privacy

This site collects no personal data beyond what you voluntarily send via the contact form. There are no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.

Contact form. Submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to my inbox. Formspree may temporarily store the message; their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal. I use the data only to reply to you.

Booking & invoices. If we work together, I keep your name, email, and invoicing details for the legally required period (seven years for tax administration in the Netherlands). Invoices are issued under KvK 27314126.

Image rights — paying clients. Photographs from a paid session belong to you for personal and (where agreed) professional use. I retain the right to use them in my portfolio and on this website unless you ask me not to — just say the word and I'll remove them.

Copyright & third-party use. All photographs on hxrry.com are © Harry Stuurman. Any use by third parties — for commercial purposes, publications, social-media reposts, AI training data, scraping, or any other reproduction — is permitted only with my explicit prior written permission. Email [email protected] for licensing enquiries. Unauthorised use will be pursued.
