1. Subject

This release concerns the photographs and/or video from this shoot for the project named in the details (the Project). The Images may be nude, partially nude, or sensual/erotic.

2. Consent and use

You give Harry Stuurman (HXRRY) permission to edit, publish, and use the Images for the Project. This includes publication in print and online (such as a photo book, magazine, or catalogue), exhibitions, sale, and submission to the parties involved in the Project, such as the publication or publisher named in the details, including publication and related editorial or promotional use by those parties. The photographer may also use the Images for his portfolio and social media. Worldwide and indefinitely.

3. Ownership

Copyright and ownership of the Images rest with the photographer. The Images may be edited and montaged and are used respectfully.

4. Waiver of portrait right (quitclaim)

For this use you waive your portrait rights and any compensation; you take part voluntarily and unpaid. This is a contract, not revocable consent.

5. Indemnity

You indemnify the photographer and the parties involved in the Project (such as the named publication or publisher) against claims arising from the use of the Images within the Project, including editing or montage.

6. Your own use

After publication you may also use the Images yourself for your portfolio and social media, crediting the photographer.

7. Privacy (GDPR)

The photographer uses your name and contact details only to administer this agreement and retains them for 7 years. You have the right of access and rectification.
